This is what twenty separate rounds of gluing looks like!  
 
It may not look like it, but two solid weeks of work was poured into this little piece of art.
 
Absolutely mesmerizing to look at and difficult to pull your eyes away from, this will be the talk of someone's lucky kitchen.

Measuring 17.5 x 17.5 x 1.5", it's made from Peruvian walnut and hard maple.
 
As you can see, from one corner the block appears to be sinking down into a cavern, and viewing from 180 degrees in the opposite direction (2nd pic), it looks to be rising up like a pyramid.
 
Look at it straight ahead and your eyes can't decide what it's doing.  
 
Finished in three coat of Tried & True food-safe conditioner/sealant followed by two additional coats of all-natural food-safe mineral oil.  
 
This cutting board comes with side lifting grooves and optional rubberized grip feet for countertop and hard surface use.
