This gorgeous frame is built from spalted maple, and is hand finished with two coat of tung oil finish.
 
There are no metal pieces (staples, nails, etc.) in my frame construction, rather precision cut and glued miter joints reinforced with hardwood spline joinery in all corners.
 
Truly handcrafted art and a one-of-a-kind piece. This is not something you can stroll into your local Hobby Lobby, Michael's, or similar art crafts store and find.
 
Outside frame dimensions are 27 3/8 x 23 3/8 x 3/4 inch thick.
 
It holds a 16 x 20 high def photo print of "Nature's Highway". and is digitally signed by myself.
 
The mat is an off white/cream color, bevel cut, and the spline joints are walnut.
