This beautiful custom extra large walnut countertop cutting board  is one of my premium walnut blocks.
 
Made with the professional chef or cooking enthusiast in mind, this block boasts a huge 690 square inches of cutting area per side and a total cutting surface of 1380 square inches for both sides.  
 
The block measures 30" long by 23" wide by 1.5" thick!
 
An optional 3/4" wide perimeter juice groove which parallels all edges.  Great for collection juices from wet and messy food prep.
 
This block was  to be used for a lifetime.
 
I handpick each piece of wood for beauty and to keep imperfections to a minimum. 
 
The walnut offers a beautiful light and dark tonal contrast.
 
Side grain wood configuration.
 
Finished with two coats of food-safe butcher block conditioner (coconut oil, mineral oil, beeswax) to seal in the wood and protect the board from harmful contaminants or microorganisms involved with food preparation.
 
Optional silicone grip feet (5/8" x 5/8") are available for countertop or hard surface use.
 
A cutting board care guide is included with the purchase of each block for long term block maintenance and health safety.
